Transparency
For each policy we receive a brokerage fee that corresponds to a fixed percentage of the net premium paid yearly by the client (stamp duties excluded). We openly disclose said percentage in our Customer Care Concept. We do not take any additional commissions related to the kind of damage or the policy’s value.
Cooperation
Together we define the extent of our services and agree to a cooperation on a fee basis. This means that you only pay for what you really need.

Facilities, properties and warehouses
Industries in particular often have invested large amounts in facilities and warehouses. In this we focus on the dependencies between you and your suppliers or key clients. Moreover, we carefully examine damage limits, analyze chokepoints in the production process and scrutinize existing solutions. If need be, we involve a risk engineer, who carefully analyzes your business in connection with a brand and shows you possible architectural or organizational improvements.
Transports
The transportation of goods always involves risks from origin to destination. We discuss together with you a series of topics: transport routes, temporary storage, means of transportation and partner companies such as forwarding agents or haulage contractors, but also other topics, such as investment goods, trade fairs/exhibits or contractual penalties, which need to be examined carefully.
Public liability / Product liability / Professional liability
A comprehensive third party liability is hard to outdo due to its high complexity and possible coverage components. After a detailed examination of your products and services, we assemble the individual coverage components like a puzzle. Corporate bodies
Members of the board of directors, management members or company auditors are personally responsible and can therefore be held liable for damages. Liability often incurs by performing management tasks, in pursuance of art. 754 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Liability issues concern the members of corporate bodies of public limited companies (in German: AG) but also to a certain extent the members of corporate bodies of private limited companies (in German: GmbH), cooperatives, associations and foundations. How are brokers compensated?
We receive a brokerage fee for each policy we sell. We openly disclose our brokerage fees in our Customer Care Concept. In the case of holdings, upon request we agree to a remuneration.
What do I need to do?
We take care of everything. All you need to do is sign the customized insurance policies that we designed for you based on your needs. We do the rest.
Can I have a say as to which provider to take?
Of course. You always have the final say. We simply prepare our proposal, which we implement once we have your consent.
Can you support us abroad?
Yes. Our worldwide network allows us to support you also abroad in all insurance matters.
Can you support us in the event of an IPO?
Yes. In the event of an IPO, together with our partner we provide you coverage with a Directors & Officers insurance and an IPO insurance.
Which services do you offer for my staff?
We support your staff with several services: pension planning, online tools, support for HR to manage cases of illness, consulting for business trips.
